When you have your child’s photo taken, you want more than just a record of their features.  You want to capture their quirks, their personality, their temperament — all the little things about them that give you so much joy every day.

I have found that the best way to do that is to approach kids on their turf and their schedule.  That’s why my “studio” comes to you, making your session as stress-free as possible and forever changing how your kids feel about having their picture taken!  At your home or another familiar place, I create a mixture of simple, striking portraits and artful candid shots, so that you end up with a sort of photo-essay telling the story of your children with images that are both beautiful and fun.

I love pictures because a photograph is never rushed.  You can see things in that motionless frame that you don’t have the opportunity to notice at the speed of your life.  I strive to let the atmosphere of where you are right now come through, so that whenever you look at that image, you’re right there in the moment once again.
